Hello I submitted a ticket to customer support regarding the fact that I did not receive the parting gift from Atlas Reactor. The response I got is as follows:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding Atlas Reactor.

After investigation, we were unable to locate your account on our list of eligible Players for the parting gift.

Please submit your issue on the Forum. Our team will look into this issue then:

So I am submitting this post on the forums. I have played this game almost everyday for a long time, especially in the window that is required for this "parting gift". I have even submitted bug reports, made forum posts, and been forced to report players in that time frame. You should be able to see all of that activity, so be told that I'm not eligible is very confusing to me.

Hopefully we get this issue resolved quickly and reasonably.
