If Atlas Reactor dies, what do I play?

Atlas Reactor is amazing, and I don't want it to go away...however,
What games could fill the void in my soul its absence would create?
To help with suggestions, here is what I love about AR:

Excellent strategy, character balance, and variation of play style.

Great character design, no overt sexualization.

    No random number generator.

    Fair FTP models, no pay-to-win.

It's a lot to ask, I know. Thanks for any suggestions that cover even a few of these hard-to-hit marks.

Not one suggestion. Maybe I asked for too much. Maybe I scared some away.

Well that has not happened and as far as I know there is nothing like this around but there is a new warhammer 40K game called Mechanicus that looks interesting. I personally have not played it yet but it looks like it could be fun. It seems it is turn based but with no RNG damage and also no cover options which seems a bit odd but I had a fondness for Gamesworkshop things though since I grew up painting and modding minis so i might pick it up during a steam sale.

In the meantime ill keep on playing Atlas

I'm not aware of anything that exactly matches that list. https://store.steampowered.com/app/5...to_the_Breach/ ticks a lot of those boxes, though.

    Thanks for both suggestions!
I should have clarified that most boxed checked was what I wanted - all is almost impossible.
