As per the title, Cannot buy Elle Wasteland skin (Glacier style) with ISO.

I'd search around for the threads about not being able to purchase Orion's Valentine's Day skins if I truly cared, but there was a similar bug with those skins. You couldn't buy them...
On the character select screen. You could still buy them in the Collection. Check if you can purchase those skins via the Collection page instead of the character select page. If that's the case, not only have I fixed the bug for you, but that means that the bug is a similar one that Trion has already fixed before!

Checked: unable to buy for ISO in collection or on Lancer skin screen.
