    Inoculator! - Support, specifically buff/debuff, and small DoT heal/damage.

    Name: The Inoculator!

    Role:Support, specifically buffs, and small DoT heal/damage.

    Description: Inoculator would be a support, based around buffing/debuffing, with a side of small heals, and damage. Inoculator is a well to do scientist who had taken it upon himself to make everyone their perfect self. He became a 'lancer because he wanted to be surrounded by the best so he could study them and help incorporate what he finds into his perfect serum. (Don't really know to much about your world, sorry.)

    Primary (1) (Blast): "Chemistry 101"
    Single Target. 2 Turn Duration.
    Load your inoculation rifle and fire your injection at your desired target, buffing or debuffing for 2 turns.
    10 damage/heal for 2 turns. Haste/Slow for 2 turns.

    2 (Prep): "The Hustle" (Free Action)
    Single Target. 2/1 Turn Duration. 4 Turn cooldown.
    Load your inoculation rifle and fire your injection at your desired target, buffing or debuffing for 2 turns.
    10 damage/heal for 2 turns. Rooted/Unstoppable for 1 turn.

    3 (Prep): "Rocket Fuel" (Free Action)
    Single Target. 2 Turn Duration. 4 turn cooldown.
    10 heal/damage for 2 turns. Energized/De-energized 2 turns.

    *4 (Blast): "Cleaning Supply's" 5 Turn Cooldown
    (See below for Aoe pattern) AoE deals 15 (+6 if directly hit with the bucket) damage to enemies, causes slow and weak for 2 turns.
    Mix all the cleaning supplies under the sink in one bucket and throw it at your enemy!

    Ult (Blast): "The SUPER Serum!"
    Single Target, 90 heal over 2 turns or 60 damage over 2 turns. If used on an ally the serum grants: Might, Haste, Unstoppable, Energized for the duration. If used on an enemy it inflicts: Slow, Weak, De-energized, and Scramble. It will also root for the first turn only.

    Primary Mods:
    "Horse Pills"- 2 - Target is also weakened for one turn.
    "Liquid Love"- 2 - Allies are healed for an additional 10 over 2 turns. 5/5
    "Get you a chemist who can do both."- 3 - Increase potency by 8 on any target over 2 turns. 4/4

    2 Mods:
    "Halk Smush!"- 2 - Unstoppable last 2 turns.
    "Sloooow Down"- 1 - When used on an enemy it also weakens the target.
    "Seriously, where do you get your protein?"- 3 - Increase heal by 10 over 2 turns. 5/5

    3 Mods:
    "It gives wings!"- 1 - Grants haste for the duration.
    "Da powa"- 3 - Grants Might for the duration.
    "Doctor Feel Good"- 2 - Increase damage by 10 over 2 turns. 5/5

    4 Mods:
    "and the kitchen sink"- 2 - Increase damage by 7.
    "Special Brew"- 2 - Allies gain Energized for one turn.
    "Vomit Comet"- 3 - Roots if the target is directly hit with the bucket.

    Ult Mods:
    "It's also duper"- 1 - Makes target ally immune to all debuffs for 2 turns.
    "Ugh, really?"- 3 - Remove all debuffs on enemy but roots for an additional turn.
    "The good stuff"- 2 - Increase healing or dsmage by 20 over 2 turns. 10/10

    *4 (Blast): "Cleaning Supply's" 5 Turn Cooldown. (Area or Effect)

    X is the location of the cursor and you select how the bucket splashes.
    O is the area it's effecting.
    E is empty squares not being affected.
    It's a bucket and it's funny, but for the sake of the game you should be able to make it splash any direction.

    Lore
    This massive creature has been experimenting on himself for years trying to make himself the best crossbreed he could imagine. He's done genetics on himself with animals from all over (What is the area of operations in this game?). He is part cyborg and part small man still, but he mostly mixed parts of animals. Most prominently is bear, shark, tiger, and doge. His massive frame and small head make his large railgun esque injection rifle look like it belongs. However the gun is quite large and made even more intimidating by the small automated chemistry lab on his back that mixes the serums he shoots. This Man/bear/shark/tiger/doge monstrosity, while terrifying to behold, actually only wants the world to be a better place and he refuses to experiment on anyone other than himself.

    I didn't put an energy gain on any of them but if this guy did happen he could be small gains based on dmg ticks and heals. Something on the order of 6-8 By turn 4 he could be gaining from 4 separate ticks. My initial idea was to make his 1 a free action and nothing else free, but while it didn't really seem broken to me, it probably would be, but maybe not, you can decide.

    Quick question, I know you guys don't currently have a "De-energizing" effect. Is it possible? I'd assume it wouldn't be a big stretch?
    Hope you guys enjoy, I was bored. I'm sure some tweaking would be involved, but seems like he would work and sounds fun. )

    This looks like a fun concept for a support freelancer, especially the debuffing things.
