I submitted a ticket as well but hopefully someone here can help me a bit quicker. Attempting to utilize "Cupcakey" for my Glyph tag but am receiving the following error:

"Failed to set Glyph tag:
*&$%#! That Glyph Tag is not allowed. Please try again"

Yes it's the same error I'm receiving. I tried creating the Glyph Tag through the webpage but I got an error too. It's something with their systems.
I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.
