For those that know me or know of me, I play many games. I have never had the freeze/disconnection issues until Dr. Finn update. It was really annoying to deal with and made my experience really stressful. It was resolved it appears a patch or two into Dr. Finn, but I see it has returned though - that being Celeste update or some time after.

I'm quitting the game since I do not want to deal with the freezes anymore. Unless it is known and recognized or being looked at or worked on, I rather not deal with it. So good luck great game :( doubt anyone will even know I'm gone xD

If you need any information, the majority of the time it happens at the loading screen, there's 95% of the time Dr. Finn on enemy team. If it occurs in-game, it seems to occur a lot when camera angles are moved or if mouse hovers over Players showing more detailed information on the skills picked/descriptions (enemy), especially during Resolution Mode. I play on Low graphics setting (tried Medium during the Dr. Finn issue, and the freezes seemed to not have happened once other than the immense lag I received lol because of the up-scaled ''default'' graphics), so the issue may be rooted in that, along with my laptop being old. XD

If not, you can always contact our CS team (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204400287) and they'll be happy to investigate this further. When you do, make sure to provide them with a DxDiag report (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204183547-DirectX-Diagnostic-Tool) and summary of the steps you'be tried. Okies, well I decided to test it last night, seeing the response here from Trion Worlds. Seemed pretty good, two freezes only, tested more today, got one freeze only. I also got an error message #1016 - if that helps any! Thanks for the help!

Hmm, a 1016 error is usually caused by an issue with the current version you're running. I'd check out these troubleshooting steps (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/203364498-General-Glyph-Troubleshooting) and see if any of them help.
